The green of the bush,
The stillness and complete silence.
Africa speaks to me in soft sounds
Makutsi whispers the song of the bush
Elephants rumble and trumpet and astound you,
The Lion sits quietly and yawns at the
Idea of all of the excitement,
The young Rhino dances and prances
and all the while the statuesque Giraffe oversees the happenings of the day.
African women break into song and dance to celebrate a birthday
And bring great delight to all.
Africa where the stars outshine us all and I am home again.
